Expression of Interest - Program Manager Open to Solomon Islands nationals only Long term role - based in Solomon Islands Abt Global is seeking applications from experienced Program Managers with experience supporting complex development programs in the Pacific. Based in the Solomon Islands, this role will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to help coordinate program activities, support effective delivery and contribute to strong operational and reporting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a capable and motivated professional who brings strong program management and high-level planning skills, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic development context. We are looking for people who bring: * Demonstrated experience in program coordination or management * Experience working with diverse stakeholders to support complex development programs * Strong organisational and operational management skills, including work planning and activity coordination * Experience supporting monitoring, reporting and documentation processes * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience working on donor-funded programs is desirable * Experience in Solomon Islands or the broader Pacific context is highly desirable * Experience in the education sector is desirable Please apply online attaching an up-to-date CV Applications close 24 June 2026 #LI-AUSBRIT
