Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated project co-ordinator and in this role, you will be working for a local automotive customer and it will be 12 month contract position for 40 hours per week. You will be working in a dynamic global environment with teams located all over the world working on future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant industry experience.
  • Understanding of Project Control, time management and prioritisation.
  • Strong planning skills, ability to influence team processes and decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills across levels and departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, drive actions to implementation and self motivated.
  • Experience as Project Engineer, with a command of design processes and disciplines, would be ideal but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate understanding and resolution of project issues for future program actions across all areas of Product Development and Manufacturing.
  • The program management analyst should help managing the deliverables and workplans and ensure appropriate meetings and events occur with correct representatives in place, to keep the program development on time and producing required evidence for decision making.
  • Work collaboratively with Program Purchasing, Program Finance, Manufacturing/Launch teams and other key areas of the organization in delivering the program outcome.
