Project Engineers with around 5–7 years’ experience, ideally with solid experience in asphalt, surfacing, pavements or broader civil construction. Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities Deliver high‑quality civil construction projects across the region. Own project planning, programming, cost control and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site resources. Support bidding and pricing with practical, constructable solutions. Champion health and safety, quality and continuous improvement on site. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and your community. Proven experience in asphalt, surfacing, pavements or broader civil construction. A strong safety focus and practical, solutions‑driven mindset.
