Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for managing store performance to budget, developing your team’s capability, all while ensuring our customers and not-for-profit donors receive exceptional service.

A typical day might include:

• Analysing the previous week’s results and adjusting the sales floor to maximize sales
• Meeting with your production leaders to plan production for the next month (full stores only)
• Leading a safety meeting with the Joint Health and Safety Committee
• Coaching a production team member on how to grade an item
• Welcoming a new team member into our business, ensuring they are having an engaging onboarding experience
