Job Description

• Triaging issues, debugging, developing fixes, testing, and reviewing the fixes for software support, that includes 2D/3D tool inspection features and UI experience improvement, geometry feasibility analysis and report, code improvement, grinding process review.
• Software development using tools like C++, Java, JavaFX, GIT, C++, C#, Python etc.
• Interpretation of actual grinding tool to 2D and 3D geometry into machine part program.
• Develop features for UI for CNC machine.
• Involved in scoping and proof of concept for feature designing.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software bugs.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement software improvements and new features.
• Utilize CI/CD technologies to manage and streamline the software development process.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer reviews to maintain a high level of code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for software performance optimization and enhancement.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for software applications and processes.
• Provide technical support to end-users and address any issues related to software functionality and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with software tools like Java, C++, C#, Python, GitHub, GitLab etc.
• Strong experience in the field of Industrial Machinery, Automation, or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge or exposure in PLC programming are highly beneficial.
