If you’re an experienced Tour Guide or Driver Guide, this is your opportunity to shine! As leaders in luxury small group adventure tours, we take pride in crafting unforgettable experiences that showcase the breathtaking beauty of Australia. Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking individuals who share our passion for exploration and storytelling. With the bulk of our touring season spanning from March to October 2026, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to hit the road for months on end, with accommodation and meals provided for the entire season. It's the perfect chance to experience the diverse landscapes and cultures of Australia while creating lasting memories for our guests. REQUIREMENTS: Medium Rigid Licence or higher (essential for drivers, desirable for guides) Heavy Vehicle and off road driving experience Commercial Passenger Endorsement (essential for drivers, desirable for guides) Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months) Food Handling Certificate Required Guiding Accreditations for specific locations (E.g. Uluru Kata Tjuta, Kakadu etc) Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards Problem-solving abilities that ensure an exceptional guest experience Previous on road tour experience would be highly regarded EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If this resonates with you and you’re excited about the opportunity to join the Outback Spirit Touring team, we invite you to submit your CV as an expression of interest for the 2026 season. We are seeking solo Driver/Guides for the top-end of Australia, covering the Kimberley, Arnhem Land, and Kakadu regions. Our premium tours range from 3 to 18 days, with a blend of overnight stays at Outback Spirit Lodges and third-party providers. Additionally, we are looking for interest in Two-Up Crew positions (couples preferred) for all other locations across Australia. At Outback Spirit Tours, we prioritise a safe and productive work environment. As part of this commitment, we conduct drug and alcohol testing for all employees. Candidates should be aware that some prescription medications may cause a non-negative test result, and by applying for this position, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
