We’re currently seeking expressions of interest from talented and customer focused individuals to join our new Specialist Disability Employment Program in various locations across Australia. Potential roles include:

• Employment Consultants
• Recruitment and Community Engagement Partners
• Performance Coaches and subject matter experts
• Area Managers
• Senior Leadership

Successful applicants will ideally have:

• A strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities to secure meaningful employment
• Excellent engagement and communication skills and a track record of fostering positive professional relationships
• Previous employment services or case management experience will be highly regarded
• Experience in KPI driven roles, with the ability to self-motivate and achieve goals in a challenging market
• A sound level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate complex internal systems
• Lived experience of living with a disability and relevant qualifications are prioritised alongside cultural or other diversity which would enable us to better serve local communities
