The Team Infrastructure Advisory Our Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure (CFI) practice brings together deep expertise in infrastructure advisory and delivery, actuarial analysis, financial optimisation, restructuring and dispute processes. This integrated approach enables us to deliver enhanced strategic and commercial outcomes, optimised financial performance and enhanced sustainability. The Infrastructure Advisory team, as part of the CFI Practice, provides economic appraisal, commercial and financial advice on large scale infrastructure projects and complex service arrangements. We support our clients through the project lifecycle – from early stage development, business case and investment decision processes, to commercial structuring, complex funding and financing models, providing commercial and financial advice through procurement and transaction processes, and supporting through project delivery. Our team is growing across Australia and are looking for experienced people at Senior Manager to Director grades to join our national practice. Job Description Job Description The Role We are seeking expressions of interest from people who: Have a passion for infrastructure, major projects or the services they enable - – across health, housing, transport, energy/utilities or sports/entertainment. Have extensive experience working in government, the consulting sector or as part of teams developing, bidding for or delivering complex infrastructure and service outcomes. Have an existing network across industry or government with proven ability to proactively drive client engagement and business development activities. Have skills in strategic problem-solving, investment planning and decision making (in public and or private sector) and / or transactions processes (structuring, evaluation, negotiations) as between government, the not for profit or private sectors in infrastructure Lead development of high-quality business cases, reports, executive briefs, presentations and board papers Have strong analytical and / or financial skills, with a strategic, commercial mindset. Experience with project finance / PPPs is beneficial but not required. Have strong verbal, written, visual and data communication skills and ability to influence decision making across diverse client and internal stakeholders. Are committed to quality, with a desire to lead a collaborate, high-performing team, and building and fostering relationships. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, business, commerce, engineering, law or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
