Caffe Cherry Beans Taigum (7am–4pm) is a busy brunch café known for Korean-inspired dishes. We’re seeking a chef who delivers speed, consistency, and clean flavours during peak service.

What you’ll love

• Day shifts only (7am–4pm) — no nights
• Consistent roster (40hrs/week, negotiable)
• Award or above pay with penalties & super; paid trial shifts
• Input on menu specials & pathway to Team leader
• Supportive owner-operator team; staff meals & tastings

What you’ll do

• Run the line (grill, pan, fryer, poached eggs, plating)
• Prep & QA to SOPs: portioning, temps, HACCP-level hygiene
• Inventory & cost: weekly stocktake, ordering, waste control
• Food safety: allergen & cross-contamination management

What you bring

• 2+ years in busy café/brunch kitchens (or equivalent speed & accuracy)
• Strong egg work, pans, grill, fryer; calm & clear comms under pressure
• Food Safety (required), FSS (preferred); weekends availability
• Familiarity with Korean-inspired flavours is a plus, not required
• Valid working rights
