A functional management role responsible for technical content, strategy & processes for body closure systems including hood, fender, hinges, side doors, liftgates, deck lids, tailgates, cargo doors, glass & dynamic sealing, and associated hardware required for closures functional interface. In this role, you will serve as the Exterior advanced architecture supervisor, ensuring functional design definition, robust quality performance assurance, and the delivery target designs for Closures components & systems. Also, this position will lead all technical & business plan aspects, including product & technology development, supplier sourcing and development plans for selection, product design analytical verification with alignment to production requirements, and implementation of quality assurance through FMA methodology. Finally, this Closures Architecture supervisor will lead professional development of product development engineering team, with oversight of budget & resource allocation toward parallel projects.
