POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team in Sutton, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for delivering high-quality cleaning services. As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing cleaning services on roofs, driveways, gutters, and other outdoor surfaces, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standard.

WHO YOU ARE

Do you have any experience with Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning Masonry Cleaning, Façade Cleaning or Exterior Building Cleaning & Restoration Technician? We are expanding our team and we are looking for experienced and competent technical staff whose duties will include:
1. Pressure Washing
2. High-Level Cleaning
3. DOFF Steam Cleaning
4. Softwashing
5. Roof Cleaning
6. Pressure Washing
7. Graffiti Removal
8. Paint removal
11. Stone cleaning & brick cleaning
12. Working at height
You must have a full UK driver’s license. You should have or be able to obtain a CSCS card and iPAF and will be required to work at different locations across the south east.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills are essential along with a can-do attitude and a willingness to “muck in” and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated by the operation.
