Description
To establish  performance targets for various programs •    Understands cost targets /estimates and develops delivery plans including tough choices and recovery plan (if required) in line with program cost & budgets •    Understands and actively supports program sourcing strategies in line with purchasing, finance and program timing needs •    To work very closely with supplier product development teams during proposal development •    To work closely with design studio teams to review the feasibility of surfaces released and providing feedback and issue resolution  •    Overall project management for exterior trims & bumper system •    Tracks issues  & design corrective action status and supports timely close-out of issues •    Providing analyses and resolutions on faults and/or errors  •    Communicate issues with key stakeholders in a professional manner.
