Description

To establish performance targets for various programs • Understands cost targets /estimates and develops delivery plans including tough choices and recovery plan (if required) in line with program cost & budgets • Understands and actively supports program sourcing strategies in line with purchasing, finance and program timing needs • To work very closely with supplier product development teams during proposal development • To work closely with design studio teams to review the feasibility of surfaces released and providing feedback and issue resolution • Overall project management for exterior trims & bumper system • Tracks issues & design corrective action status and supports timely close-out of issues • Providing analyses and resolutions on faults and/or errors • Communicate issues with key stakeholders in a professional manner. Flexibility to work in different time zones to support business • Supports and enforces program specific milestone approvals • Supporting CAD-based packaging & interface check and Physical Design Verification (DV) testing to support Engineering Sign-Off • Support launch (both onsite & offsite) whenever it’s required • Support homologation / regulatory testing at test locations like ARAI, NATRIP etc. Key Leadership Competencies - Highly proactive - able to demonstrate & inspire a 'can do' attitude.
