This role reviews and interprets public policy affecting the healthcare system, develops strategic initiatives and action plans, and builds trusted relationships with external stakeholders to advance patient-centered outcomes and business objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責 Develop, prioritize and implement external affairs plans that support business objectives, public health goals and corporate reputation. Collaborate closely with internal partners to align policy initiatives with organizational goals and ensure coordinated execution. Build and sustain strategic relationships with government authorities, policy makers, healthcare experts, thought leaders, NGOs and patient groups to advance policy priorities and create opportunities for our company. Monitor regulatory, legislative and market developments in healthcare; translate implications into actionable recommendations and company strategy. Lead government engagement activities, including planning official visits and preparing briefing materials, position papers and stakeholder communications. Conduct regular health-environment analyses and provide concise, evidence-based insights and recommendations to senior management. Manage projects and resources efficiently to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE Education B.S. degree in health/policy/public affairs related fields, Pharmacist or Master degree in Public Health/Hospital Management is a plus Experience Have a solid track record of working in the public affairs / policy field Experience in developing and implementing strategies and resource plans Understanding of pharmaceutical business and related healthcare policies Competency Strategic & innovative thinking Insights, influence & open-minded Sound analytical and fact-finding skill Demonstrate business acumen Change agility Team work and partnership building Good command of written and spoken English.
