What you’ll do: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of external audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards Supervise audit teams, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure high-quality and timely deliverables Identify and assess financial statement risks through detailed audit procedures and substantive testing, applying professional judgment Evaluate clients’ internal controls and risk management frameworks to support robust audit conclusions Prepare and review clear and concise audit reports and communicate findings effectively with clients and senior stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit efficiency, quality, and client experience Build strong client relationships, proactively resolving complex accounting and audit issues, and advising on best practices What we’re looking for: Financial Expertise: At least 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably with exposure to EUR or related sectors, and a recognised CA qualification Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams, manage multiple audit engagements and priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and build trust with senior client stakeholders Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements relevant to EUR Problem Solving: Ability to analyse complex financial and business issues, exercise professional judgement, and provide practical recommendations Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex audit findings clearly to diverse audiences What you’ll gain: The opportunity to lead complex engagements with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise Flexibility to choose how, when, and where you work, promoting a healthy work-life balance for you, your team, and your clients Clear career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development programs Generous leave entitlements including four weeks’ annual leave and float public holidays A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks’ leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life We know that perks are as important as your financial rewards.
