JLG Architects is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our Board of Directors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a thriving, employee-owned (ESOP) architecture and design firm. As a Board member, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic direction and supporting a culture of excellence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)
• A/E/C company experience would be beneficial
• Architectural license

  Compensation: $5000 Retainer and $1000 per meeting.
  Time Commitment: 4 meetings per year. If on a committee, they may meet 1x per month
