This position will work with their client, family and staff to develop a careplan and task list for staff working with each client. They will maintain a client load and oversee client satisfaction with the caregivers working in the home, our services and overall agency experience. Additional Duties * Observes proper conduct while in resident’s homes. * Adheres to Agency’s infection control and safety policies. * Attends Agency’s in-service programs and staff meetings as needed. * Assists in orientation of new personnel as requested. * Respects client’s beliefs, cultures and limitations without prejudice. * Practices effective cost-containment and accountability with supplies and equipment. * Maintain an on-going audit of clients assigned to ECM Experience Required * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health care setting, preferably home care. * Self-directed, independent worker. * Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. * Must have compassion and desire to work with the elderly. * Must meet all health requirements including TB and background check. * Maintains necessary licensure and certifications as required. * Prefer Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant; or equivalent experience
