Join Us and Make an Impact.  As a External Communications Manager here at Honeywell, your primary responsibility is to shape and manage the organization's external communication efforts. You will be the voice and face of the company to the outside world, which includes the media, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities:   * Develop and implement external communications strategies and initiatives * Create and manage communication plans to effectively reach target audiences * Craft compelling messages and stories to enhance the companys brand and reputation * Manage media relations and serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals   Key Experience & Capabilities: * 6+ years of experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience in media relations and crisis communications * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment We Value:  * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field * Master's degree in Communications or Business Administration * Excellent storytelling and content creation skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts * Experience in managing social media platforms * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities       Who We Are   The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
