BRC are working with a reputable Housing Association who are expanding their housing stock and looking for an experienced fire professional to support with fire safety projects for their housing stock

• Responsible for managing fire safety and building safety major work projects to residential properties including high rise, mid rise and low rise buildings
• Oversee contracts, project delivery and financial forecasting. Managing dire safety & building safety major works projects
• Carry out risk assessments for projects and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, monitoring project expenditure and providing financial reports
• Undertake regular site inspections to assess quality of works and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, consultants and residents
• Provide high standards of customer care, managing customer queries or complaints
• HND / HNC level in building related discipline or previous experience in a similar role in housing or contractor
• Knowledge of fire safety and building safety regulations
• Fire safety qualification such as Fire Risk Assessment or NEBOSH
• A driver with access to own vehicle
