Job Summary: The External Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining high‑quality external enablement and change management resources that support client adoption, engagement, and long‑term value realisation. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are equipped with clear, consistent, and effective learning assets that align to product capabilities, best practices, and organisational change principles. Responsibilities: Enablement & Learning Content Design, develop, and maintain a suite of client‑facing enablement resources, including eLearning, guides, playbooks, and quick‑reference materials. Translate complex product and process concepts into simple, actionable guidance for external audiences. Apply adult learning and change management principles to create practical, engaging, and outcome‑focused content that supports client adoption. Ensure all enablement materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with product functionality, messaging, and client needs. Continuously improve content based on client feedback, usage insights, and evolving business priorities. External Enablement & Education Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, Implementation, and Client Success teams to identify external enablement needs. Support the development of client‑facing assets such as implementation plans, QBR decks, and adoption or maturity frameworks. Plan, create, and deliver external enablement initiatives, including educational webinars aligned to client needs and product priorities. Establish and maintain content standards and templates to ensure consistency across external enablement materials. Support successful external product launches through coordinated enablement and education. Tools & Platform Administration Own the administration and optimisation of enablement tools, ensuring content is easy to find, well structured, and consistently maintained. Manage platforms such as LMSs, e‑authoring tools, digital adoption tools (e.g. in‑app guidance), and knowledge management systems. Monitor engagement and effectiveness across enablement platforms and use insights to improve learning experiences. Requirements: Experience in enablement, learning & development, change management, or client education Proven ability to design and deliver external learning content for diverse audiences Strong understanding of adult learning principles Experience administering LMS platforms and e‑authoring tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and content accuracy Experience working in SaaS, financial services, or technology‑enabled service environments (preferred).
