Description
The role will be responsible for implementation of HCO management life cycle and principle. Lead the team to perform necessary HCO engagement and strategic relationship establishment. This role will coordinate with relevant function like legal, compliance, etc. to ensure the regular HCO management is transparent and effective, which is one of the important parts of external funding management. Typical Accountabilities Play as one of the primary contact persons for HCO management. Support to arrange necessary HCO visiting, training, and build up strategic relationship as per the relevant request from team leader. Work together with different functions to maintain the effective HCO prefer list, capping management, DD assessment, etc. Has strong capability to work independently to join multiple CC meetings with the contributions on project approval reviewing. Lead or drive the implementation of the profile for HCO portrait by collaborate with both of internal and external resources. Propose and join annual HCO audit to keep effective HCO list with insight generation. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or above Experience: More than 5-8 years working experience in third party engagement, strategy development and implementation. Well educated with insights of business, HCO and dynamics between function. Experience in driving changes and external relationship management. Audit experience is nice to have. Skills: Able to perform under pressure with logical thinking and good judgement. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
