• Ability to troubleshoot complex and bespoke applications
• Good working knowledge and the ability to read and modify code written in VB.Net and C#
• Good knowledge or experience of working with Microsoft PowerShell
• Ability to support complex enterprise environments
• Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAUTH 2.0, Open ID Connect and other federation technologies.
• Experience of operational support within a business environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, virtual environment
• Ability to work independently, on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and speaking abilities necessary to explain technical issues in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of technical and business audience
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Learning Agility to be willing and able to learn new features and technologies as they evolve
• Basic understanding of security principles, least privilege, vulnerabilities
• Understanding of authorization concepts (roles, permissions, application registrations, service principals)
• Understanding of user and group management (creation, modification, deletion, dynamic groups)
• Knowledge of Conditional Access (CA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Provides 3rd line remote support for all customer solutions within Managed Solution Support
• Responsible for configuration management database (CMDB)
• Project support when transitioning clients and projects into Managed Solution Support and via Project services support offerings.
• Technical development of service offerings and Managed Solution Support services
• Responsible for providing handovers of customer solutions into Managed Solution Support
• Acts as a seasoned advisor, providing independent opinion and solutions to complex problems and novel initiatives, and assists with decision making on client solutions.
• Encourages and influences clients to consider solutions to complex issues in their best interests.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to Senior Management, identifying approaches that meet clients’ needs as well as those of the organizations.
