YOUR ROLE:

Are you a natural project leader with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end product development? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join The a2 Milk Company as our External Manufacturing and Supply Chain Project Manager and take ownership of exciting new product initiatives across our growing ANZ business.
In this newly created role, you’ll lead NPD project execution, align innovation with third-party manufacturing partners, and manage key supply chain deliverables that support commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders in supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and with impact.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing complex projects in FMCG, beverage or food production environments
• A strong background in supply chain, food science, or operations
• Expertise in project planning, managing budgets and resources, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
• Confidence in managing external manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management in complex projects
• Experience with project management frameworks (RACI)
