Role reports to: Senior External Manufacturing Manager Location: Asia Pacific, Australia, New South Wales, Sydney Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The scope of key responsibilities include: Measuring and Improving EHS&S deliverables, Supply performance in Customer service, plan attainments; quality metrics Lead, and or works with internal cross functional team to ensure timely execution of projects/purchase orders. Drive new product launches at EM to meet required planned launch Project management of products or compliance related initiatives at EM sites Relationship management of EM’s and ensure they comply with all Kenvue standards (including EHS & Quality) Analyses and solves compliance and delivery issues. Reports problems to manager Drive Process, Cost improvements Initiatives to achieve target for EM Compiles and publishes external manufacturing monthly reports for Pacific. Updates Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly databases and files as required Maintains thorough and timely communications with suppliers and stakeholders through regular teleconferences, emails, site visits or other suitable means Assists in process of vendor evaluation and roll out any regional EM programs as required What We Are Looking For Bachelor degree -Science, Engineering or similar GMP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project management background Minimum of 5 Years experience in related/similar role What’s In It For You Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!
