Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Quality framework and manage customer quality complaints following standard operating procedures.
  • Support customer visits where required offering technical support.
  • Enhance, develop, and maintain the Internal/External non-conformance framework.
  • Support the Quality Manager in all capacities
  • Create and facilitate Toolbox Talks & One Point Lessons for department awareness across the business.
  • Lead by example supporting all Health & Safety, Quality, Compliance and Environmental matters.
  • Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective / preventative actions.
  • Communicate effectively to all internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and support customer queries, improvement projects and non-conformances raised.
  • Actively participate in meetings regarding quality and continuous improvement.
  • Chair Quality related meetings where appropriate to set required focus of the business to improve external Quality.
  • Quarantine non-conforming products and assist in resort process.
  • Set regular update meetings providing information of findings, issues, and actions.
  • Provide support and communication of quality issues to key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer specifications and tolerances.
