We are on the look out for an External Quality Support (EQS) Consultant to work alongside the External Quality Support Department. The post holder will monitor the quality of Highfield’s centres assessment decisions, policies and practices in relation to licence to practice security qualifications. The EQS consultant will work with a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure security centres receive appropriate and timely quality assurance activity.

• Conducting Security approval engagements with applicant centres within SLA to ensure Highfield and SIA requirements are met.
• Conducting announced and unannounced face to face monitoring activity on behalf of the security team and other internal departments as required. This can include but is not limited to monitoring of: Invigilation, Policy documents, Practical assessments and Training courses
• Conducting annual quality assurance engagements to Security centres in accordance with SIA requirements
• Escalating any trends, risks or issues with policy, process, or personnel to the Head of EQS and/or Lead EQS for Security for review and action.
• Produce reporting to confirm all areas of responsibility remain compliant with requirements such as monitoring activity, standardisation, training, and service level agreements.
  You will be paid for pro rata as and when you work for us. Our rates are competitive for an 8-hour day and open for discussion.
