Project Context and Scope The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Syria mission continues to prioritize engagement with Arab and Gulf embassies as part of its resource mobilization and external relations strategy. Given the evolving operational and political context, there is a need for dedicated, short-term advisory support to strengthen structured engagement, information management, and communication with key diplomatic counterparts. The objective of this consultancy is to support the Programme Support Unit in strengthening engagement with Arab and Gulf embassies in Syria, with a focus on improving coordination, maintaining strategic relationships, and enhancing early identification of potential funding opportunities.
