Sitting within Capgemini’s Procurement function, the External Resources Business Partner is responsible for the end to end strategic and operational execution of our subcontractor staffing. Working closely with our external vendors and internal hiring managers, your role will ensure that subcontractor staffing demands are delivered on time and with a strong focus on experience, compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

• SUBCONTRACTOR SOURCINGCollaborate with Hiring Managers and approved Vendors to source qualified subcontractors through effective and competitive processes.
• CANDIDATE SCREENING & SELECTIONPartner with Procurement team members to ensure candidates are properly screened, presented to Hiring Managers, interviews are coordinated, and onboarding is completed efficiently.
• CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONLead negotiations with Vendors on terms, payment rates, and scope of work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• VENDOR PERFORMANCE MONITORINGEvaluate Vendor performance to ensure quality delivery and adherence to agreed processes and standards.
• COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATIONEnsure all Vendors and subcontractors meet legal and compliance requirements, with accurate documentation maintained in Capgemini systems.
