SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (PipeDrive experience an advantage).
  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Glenigans or similar construction lead-generation platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven External Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating and converting new business opportunities within the Construction and Architectural sectors, using our Glenigans subscription to identify high-quality leads and progressing them through to closed sales.
You will also support the External Sales team by chasing quotations, gathering data, and updating our PipeDrive CRM to track performance and identify trends. Additionally, you’ll re-engage with lapsed and historic customers from our database, booking meetings for the Sales Director and helping to revive dormant accounts.
This position is perfect for a team-oriented individual who’s a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for spotting opportunities in a competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use Glenigans to identify, qualify, and contact potential customers in the Construction and Architectural sectors.
  • Engage decision-makers via telemarketing, email, and LinkedIn to promote our products and services.
  • Convert warm leads into confirmed sales orders.
