ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our Client is a global leasing company that spans the globe with a presence in 33 countries. What was once a one-man business is now a multinational group of companies with a wide range of services. In addition to leasing IT and office equipment. They are looking for a dynamic EXTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE to join their North Vancouver team on an ongoing permanent basis. Hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Salary starts at 55 to 65K depending on experience, full benefits, 4 weeks of vacations, and a bonus structure.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
Excellent communication and written skills
IT literate and keen to learn fundamental financial analysis and credit concepts.
Team orientated
Flexible and willing to study the product and sector.
Motivated by the team bonus structure
Prior industry and financial product experience is not required, as training is provided.
Must have a reliable vehicle
Managing sales relationships with dealerships to promote our products and services.
Coordinate meetings, visits, new business volume, cycle time, delinquency, and other performance targets set by management.
Sell lease products through dealers to maximize income opportunities.
Process lease transactions using credit scoring and software, interacting with dealers and leasing customers as needed to close transactions within our market-leading turnaround time.
Effectively managing follow-up administration and documentation for leasing contracts.
Working efficiently and successfully with the sales support partner and other team members.
Resolving phone inquiries from leasing customers and dealers.
Supporting dealer marketing through direct mail, visits, and phone calls.
Contribute to business growth by managing ad hoc duties and special projects.
Attend company-sponsored training to improve sector knowledge, financial tools, and sales skills.
Train junior staff and share experience with the team.
