The External Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within GC Crédit-Bail Québec Inc., reporting directly to the Head of Sales for Toronto and Quebec. This position is designed for a motivated and proactive individual who is eager to contribute to the company’s growth and enhance our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and thorough research within the industry.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and partners across various sectors, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual growth.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, coordinating needs assessment and ensuring efficient management of required documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received via phone or email, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, administration, service) to ensure the prompt follow-up on rental requests and smooth process navigation.
  • Supervise documentation related to rental contracts, approvals, and client follow-ups, ensuring compliance and accuracy of files.
  • Provide training and share product knowledge with partners to enhance collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of activities in our internal CRM system and generate regular reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
