POSITION OVERVIEW

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and consulting them on the many benefits of our clients’ products and services. You’ll quickly become a subject matter expert, listening closely to customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions can help them.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • · Maintain a full understanding of all product offerings and the market.
  • · Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
  • · Make 80 outbound Sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day.
  • · Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
  • · Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly over the phone to build relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and business goals through inquisitive questioning.
  • Provide excellent service and drive sales opportunities.
