JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in packaging solutions such as corrugated boxes, thermal logistics packaging, pallet stability or custom packaging solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within the packaging industry or a related sector (manufacturing, thermal packaging).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical knowledge of packaging materials and production processes.
  • Existing network of contacts within the packaging or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer networking functions to represent the company and build brand presence.
