HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an External Technical Sales person to join our well-established and expanding team based at our branch in Bristol.

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR TECHNICAL EXTERNAL SALES PERSON:

  • Experience of working in the MRO sector or an engineering/sales environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Problem solving.
  • Mechanically minded.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our External Technical Sales person you will be responsible for developing new and existing customers with added value solutions and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR TECHNICAL EXTERNAL SALES PERSON WILL INCLUDE:

  • Visiting & building relationships with new & existing customers in the Southwest region.
  • Developing new & existing customers with added value solutions & services.
  • Planning & prioritising sales activities ensuring prompt responses.
  • Collaborating with your sales team on a day-to-day basis with customer requirements and enquiries.
  • Presenting results, trends and analysis to senior sales team.
