Description First point of contact for service calls dealing with extinguishers and suppression. Find parts and pricing for extinguisher and suppression. Create work orders for service requests from call ins. Assist in scheduling extinguisher and suppression inspections. Schedule repair work orders. Create tickets for parts orders. Review completed work orders with issues. Assist accounting on moving cost/labor issues. Create locations/customers on CLSS. Requirements FEL-A (suppression license At least 5 years’ experience with extinguishers and suppression systems
