Job Description

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will join Bosch Aveiro’s Human Resources Department and support all HR processes from recruitment to people and processes management, within an international environment. For that you will:

  • Support the recruitment processes, including job description, job posting and selection criteria;
  • Conduct the overall recruitment process from candidate’s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, supporting and advising the manager throughout the process;
  • Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Support in personal marketing initiatives, such as job fairs, conferences, and other tech and recruitment events;
  • Support the onboarding of new associates in the company;
  • Actively assist in the implementation of HR policies and tools & participate in HR team topics;
  • Provide support to HR projects;
  • Support HR analytics, namely monthly & quarterly reporting, and business intelligence topics;
  • Support in the administrative management of employee processes;
  • Support in training management.
