Job Description Your contribution to something big: Recruitment Strategy: Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team; Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews; Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions; Employer Branding: Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives; Stakeholders & Candidates Management: Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience; Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education: Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar; Knowledge: Interest and ability to learn IT related topics; Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken); Working Style & Methods: Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments; Proactive and solution oriented mindset; Personality: Passionate about customer success and delivering results; Detail-oriented with a critical approach to problem solving and innovation.
