OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Extrusion Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, food science and/or manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and practical experience in food based extrusion. The Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Food Science or related field.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience
  • Food Extrusion experience
  • R&D in food extrusion experience
  • Process optimization experience
  • Understanding of BRC standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
