Description Extrusion Lift Truck Operator Adairsville, GA Description CFL USA, LLC Extrusion Lift Truck Operator CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Extrusion Lift Truck Operator. These associates will transport products and raw materials in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. If you have a strong commitment to safety, a background in manufacturing processes, and if you possess a passion to continuously improve, we want to hear from you. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner Transport goods from one location to the other (trailers to storage, machine to machine, location to location, etc.) – safely and within specification Maintain a clean work area Ensure lift truck is in good working condition Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties; escalate any concerns to maintenance/engineering/supervision as needed Ensure products and materials are delivered promptly within schedule Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency Required Skills/Abilities: Must have ability to work in metric units of measure. Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to demonstrate. Must be able to clearly communicate in verbal and written communication with teammates and supervision. Education and Experience: Prefer at least 2 years of experience in similar role. Prefer previous work driving lift truck in similar environment around highly automated equipment such as luxury vinyl flooring. Must have at least a GED or high school diploma. Physical Requirements: Must be willing and able to work in an LVT manufacturing environment. Must be able to work 12 hour, rotating shifts Must be able to navigate the manufacturing environment (automated, continuous line) We are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
