As an extruder operator, you’ll contribute to the success of the company by :

• setting up and monitoring extruder operation to detect sheet defects or machine malfunctions, making adjustments to create high quality plastic sheet
• conducting ongoing checks on the specifications of produced sheet
• adjusting the dies and cutting blades to attain order requirements
• consistently updating paper to ensure accurate inventory
• keeping the work area clean and safe
• working enthusiastically with other departments
• transporting, weighing, labeling and shipping completed rolls and sheet

As part of the good natured® industrial team in Ayr, ON you’ll:

• Be a star in running the extrusion machines to efficiently produce high quality roll stock with minimal scrap,
• Work in a cross trained plant where you’ll be cross-trained to participate in crystalizing, grinding, and final shipment preparation.
• Participate in our collaborative culture where your safety is valued and you are important,

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
