Job Title: Extrusion Supervisor/Operator

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $20–$25/hour (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor/Operator to join our team in Woodbridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window extrusion operations, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to lead a small production team to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous hands-on experience with window extrusion machines is required.
Able to read, write, and perform basic math in English.
In-depth knowledge of extrusion processes, tools, and equipment.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Logical thinker with basic engineering and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in using hand tools and handling high-cost extrusion tooling.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and support a small team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work 10-hour day shifts as needed.
Flexibility to work alternative shifts if required.
Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving) in a busy manufacturing setting.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the roa

Start up, operate, and monitor window profile extrusion lines efficiently.
Ensure consistent production of high-quality finished products according to specifications.
Monitor product quality throughout the shift and perform quality checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the extrusion process.
Supervise and coordinate the work of 2 packers on shift, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
