YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality assurance – conduct ongoing QA for your determined case load and clearance level, aligning to the quality expectations and procedures/policies for the Agency, and, strictly adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and EY best practices. We would agree clearance level focus with you however are looking for QA specialists across all clearance levels.
Quality assurance management – help to manage the QA case allocation queue. Support and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Agency and EY standards. Provide inputs into quality measurement and reporting.
