As a Senior Consultant, you will join EY-Parthenon’s Financial Services Strategy team, one of the fastest-growing and highest-performing strategy teams in Australia. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work on high-impact strategy engagements for C-suite and senior business leaders across banking, capital markets, asset management, wealth management and insurance. In this role, you will work on the strategic questions that matter most to financial services leaders, such as helping superannuation funds assess merger options, evaluating acquisition opportunities, designing new customer propositions, improving productivity, and modelling market dynamics to inform growth decisions. You will be part of an ambitious and expanding global strategy practice, working alongside a highly talented team and supported by experienced EY professionals who are committed to helping you thrive and build a strong consulting career at EY-Parthenon. Representative projects include: Supporting a superannuation fund CEO and Board assess potential merger partners, including market-wide analysis of fund cash flows, member demographics and long-term financial sustainability Advising on a buyside assessment of a wealth management asset, including testing strategic fit, identifying value creation levers and validating the opportunity through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
