Due to rapid expansion, EY-Parthenon Greece is seeking talented and ambitious Senior Consultants to join our Athens team. You will work in a multinational environment on challenging projects, gaining exposure to various sectors and contributing to transformative initiatives in the energy domain. Your Key Responsibilities Manage complex, cross-functional project portfolios in the energy sector, often within established Project Management Offices or specialized units. Monitor program progress and engage stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic goals. Lead business development activities, including preparing proposals, attending sales meetings, and supporting practice growth initiatives. Advise clients across sectors, providing deep analysis and actionable insights to key decision makers. Coordinate team deliverables, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely completion of work under tight deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, offering influence, advice, and support. Apply technical skills and intellectual curiosity across project lifecycles, adapting to new challenges and ideas. Skills and Attributes for Success What we look for Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of post-graduation work experience, with at least 3 years in energy, environment, utilities, or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in managing large-scale strategic projects with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in energy and/or infrastructure and/or environmental projects (e.g. oil & gas, renewables, utilities, clean energies, electrification, energy efficiency, waste, emissions management). Strong risk management and strategic program execution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness. Strong team participation, time management, and flexibility to work alongside team members. Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with a personal drive and initiative. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Professionalism and consistency in client and internal work. Ability to coach and mentor others, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ideally, you’ll also have Master’s degree. Advisory experience with government or private clients, preferably in a major consultancy. Experience across multiple sectors and markets. Track record of successful project delivery and team management. Ability to link operational analysis to financial statements and understand strategic implications.
