YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Director in Deal Management - Health, you will be a vital member of the team leading and executing operational focused projects. You’ll execute and manage projects in the Health sector, directing our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. You will also be focusing on business and practice development as well as developing team members to achieve their career goals. Experiences across the merger lifecycle are valuable, with a candidate having a strong desire to help healthcare clients on a range of engagements: partnership strategy and selection, board facilitation, Day 1/Day 100 planning, post-merger integration synergies and carve-outs / activations. Individuals with an interest in joining the Deal Management - Health practice ideally have years of consulting experience, an ability to facilitate difficult conversations with senior health executives and Boards and deep knowledge regarding transactions involving clients who are healthcare providers, health plans and/or ancillary health businesses.
