Join our Strategy & Execution team and provide clients a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle (including carve-out, due diligence and integration), supporting both buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including carve-out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, 100-day planning and supporting the integration process.Your Key Responsibilities   What you will do: Buy side and sell side operational due diligence through developing stand-alone costing, one-time cost development, and assessing future operating model design Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support, and executive communication Carve-out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, support includes operating model design, transaction services agreement development Synergy/value realization identification, validation and tracking Development of M&A and integration playbooks Operational and IT separation strategy, planning, and execution, support includes operating model design Work in client engagement teams to execute integration or carve-out services Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas Work with team members on project execution, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work Be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive work environment.   Skills and Attributes for Success   To qualify for the role, you must have: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics/Business major from reputable overseas and local university (min GPA of 3.2 or equivalent). Fresh graduate or 1-2 years (Junior Consultant) and 3-5 years (Senior Consultant) in consulting firm and/or corporate under Supply Chain or Operations Transformation function. Good understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements. Experience related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions with at least one major transaction preferably on the operational and integration side. Experience in due diligence (operational or financial) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps. A team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industriousness and willingness to learn new capabilities. Strong interpersonal and client relationships skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Relevant degrees and certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP) are a plus.
