Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Eyewear Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in the Eyecare sector, with at least 2 years in a position of similar responsibility. As a Senior Eyewear Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales development, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert guidance on eyewear products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Eyecare sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent product knowledge in the eyewear industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and accessories.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology to effectively advise customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various eyewear options.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to optimize sales processes.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track individual and team performance.
- Provide regular updates on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
