JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Eyewear Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in the Eyecare sector, with at least 2 years in a position of similar responsibility. As a Senior Eyewear Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales development, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert guidance on eyewear products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Eyecare sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent product knowledge in the eyewear industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Development:
  2. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  4. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  7. Provide personalized consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
  8. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Product Expertise:
  10. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and accessories.
  11. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology to effectively advise customers.
  12. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various eyewear options.
  13. Team Collaboration:
  14. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  15. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to optimize sales processes.
  16. Reporting and Analysis:
  17. Generate and analyze sales reports to track individual and team performance.
  18. Provide regular updates on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
