Responsibilities

As our new EYFS or KS1 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver imaginative, well-structured lessons that build strong early literacy and numeracy foundations.
  • Create a stimulating, play-based classroom environment where every child feels seen, heard and valued.
  • Use assessment effectively to plan learning and support every child to make progress.
  • Promote confidence, curiosity and independence in our youngest learners.
  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff and families to provide consistent and high-quality support for all pupils.
  • Contribute to our warm, inclusive school culture and model our high expectations in every interaction.
