Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and principles.
• Experience in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities.
• Good understanding of child development and play-based learning.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Caring, patient, creative, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities based on the EYFS curriculum.
• Support children’s learning, development, and individual needs.
• Observe children and contribute to their learning and development records.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Work as part of the nursery team to provide high-quality Early Years education and care.
