Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Our Primary School is looking for a Level 3 qualified TA to join our warm, inclusive and ambitious Early Years team from September 2025.
About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who can:

• Provide tailored support to children in the EYFS, including those with additional needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver high-quality interventions.
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and social development in line with school values.

Requirements:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an EYFS setting.
• A patient, flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
