Justteachers are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA) to work on a 1:1 basis with a child, providing tailored support and promoting their development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
This lovely school offers a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where both staff and students thrive. You will join a dedicated team, working alongside experienced teachers and support staff. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 school based references
  • Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and staff
  • A nurturing and patient approach, with a commitment to helping each child succeed
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: £80.00-£95.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to an EYFS child, fostering their learning, social skills, and independence
  • Assist with the implementation of individual learning plans and strategies
  • Promote the child’s emotional well-being and development
  • Work closely with the class teacher to track progress and ensure effective communication
  • Support in daily classroom activities and routines
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
